Wary consumers were looking to make more usable outdoor space during the pandemic. The hardest part of the process in building dream exterior additions is the planning. So many fits and starts lead to inertia from consumers having trouble conceptualizing what the outdoor space will look like.

Idea
We created the Belgard Rooms website and generated leads to it through a national campaign that focused on the brand’s desire to solve an industry problem. The site was later updated with full backyards called Spaces for those looking for inspiration for larger projects as the pandemic opened up more opportunities for project work to begin.

Impact
It worked. Over 382,000 views to the Belgard Rooms microsite and generated over a thousand room downloads and new leads.
The new Belgard Rooms website and the accompanying brand campaign played a large role in a 28% year over year increase in lead generation for the brand.
The site’s integrated analytics also included valuable data on which types of outdoor spaces people were looking for and helped to further drive product and content development.
