Moe’s felt its in-store experience needed a refresh. The in-restaurant wall art had been hanging for years and was stale, so they designed art made from their honestly awesome ingredients. But a poster is just a poster. They also wanted a way to keep people in their restaurant (especially when faced with a lunch-rush line) and improve the experience.

Idea

The solution was simple – make the in-restaurant wall art come to life with Augmented Reality. We animated the food-based poster art with interactive touchpoints to create an engaging customer experience. We developed and built wireframes, and integrated the experience into their existing Moe’s Rockin’ Rewards Loyalty App

Impact

Drove new app downloads by 54%, and increased time spent in the app by 61%.

Response from the store customers has been largely positive, stating how ”amazing” ”cool” and “unique” this is. Bringing Moe’s forward into a new era of technology.
