That’s Game Day

Letting Walk-On’s customers know there’s no better place to be on game day

BROADCAST TV SPOT

Insight

The sports bar scene has become a parody of itself. Everyone has the equipment – wall-to-wall TV’s and surround sound. And they all have the friendly, “easy on the eyes” female servers quick to serve you another beer

But we needed to help Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux stand out from the rest. What could help them differentiate themselves from the competition?

IN-STORE SIGNAGE

Idea

Our strategy was to focus on the amazing scratch kitchen classics that Walk-On’s serves up each and every day. Voodoo Shrimp, hand sliced ribeye po-boy, and homemade mozzarella logs just to name a few.

We advised Walk-On’s to showcase these signature dishes in a delectable way that would place their food as the hero and set them apart from their competitors.

We encouraged them to feature the food in an intimate way. Close-up preparatory shots that shows the dishes in a natural state ready to be consumed and not overly styled or over art directed. The goal was to make the food provoke a visceral response to the consumer creating an overall desire for the dish.
